Refunds and Exchange

 

Due to COVID-19 precautions. Refunds will be at store’s discretion and are only credited for damaged unworn items. Please contact us by email at info@persepshen.com prior to returning any item. 

Returned items will be subjected to Store credit only. Items purchased from Persepshen Clothing may be eligible for store credit within 7 business days after delivery back to the warehouse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping

No changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused. Please remember this included deodorant stains when trying on. 

Swimwear and Intimates are ineligible for return

 

If you receive a damaged item. Please notify us within 24 hrs no exceptions. Please email us including Name; Date of delivery; and order number
